She could potentially be a lesbian, but it's not certain. It could just be friendly, while emphasizing the fan side for an idol (a bit like in Horizons when Liko goes overboard with Dot when she's in her costume, as if she were someone different, a bit of a Japanese fan stereotype. As it stands, there's nothing to allow us to draw a definitive conclusion. In the same way that even if her feelings for Canari were confirmed, it wouldn't confirm that she's a lesbian, bisexuality also exists.
Except in a developer interview, I think it's unlikely that her sexuality will be explicitly revealed to us. So she could very well be straight, bi, or lesbian—it's open to interpretation because nothing confirms it and nothing rules it out.
