>>58537460I feel you. Emma was one of my favorite characters in Gen 6 because it was one of the first times a character in the series got anything resembling a story/arc and had growth.
While I think the new hair and cat smile looks stupid, I think it makes sense that she now likes her hair short after living her youth with unkempt messy hair and is happier with her life. On that same vein, it's kinda stupid how she kept the Expansion Suit since it brought her pain and mental stress back in XY. I guess the intention was that she "outgrew the pain" or she "now controls the suit", but since it is literally never addressed, it's probably not even the case and most likely the reason she wears the suit is just because she wore it in the past.
