If I reach a bit, all I can think of that could work:
A: A full-ham Super Saiyan gag, making it hilariously overpowered while turning its entire body into SS hair, or at least be inspired by that.
B: The hair grows out of control, raging, grabbing and smashing. Not only would this be a pain in the ass for TPC to animate and model, but honestly this is already a bit of a crowded niche since gen 8 had two Pokemon based on hair, and it'd probably also trip on Tangela/Tangrowth a bit too. Then again, I could see TPC making M-Furfrou into a giant Furfrou made of hair just so they can reuse Furfrou's animations (just bigger).
C: Bald. Massive boost to speed (and maybe attack), but defenses flatline, turning it into a glass cannon.
