We already know they're both 2026. It's the 30th anniversary so it makes sense to release them then. Dunno if they'll wait until gen 10 for Champions to release so that it can have the inevitable new battle mechanic at launch.

The question is more WHEN in 2026. Champions has to be soon because of how VGC seasons work.

Ikkaku is angle, sankaku is triangle. Why are Legends Galar "apple", the multiregion game "seed" and Home "megaturtle"? Who knows, project names often don't have a deep meaning.

I thought it was a play on XY's codename kujira whale and ikkaku is narwhale.
Ikkaku relates as 'one horn' meaning the Lumiose tower possibly.
Sankaku would mean three points, which possibly points to XYZ axis, maybe the three legendaries will play an important role? Not sure, can only speculate.

We already know Champions is hosting worlds in '26. It's going to be launched early next year to allow qualifiers.

I think Champions will hit shortly after a February Pokemon Presents, so either late February or March. Pokopia I could see being a summer release, so June/July, with DLC coming in fall, ahead of a Gen 10 in November.

Seed would be a far future project anyway, so anything regarding it could change at any time.
Like, don't expect to hear anything about it ever until minimum 2029 / 2030.
