after SUPPORTING the shitty performances of the games for fucking years MORE and to anyone who that's a dealbreaker for have moved the fuck on, than stay fixated on Pokémon, in the delusional hope it "improves to their """"standards"""", which they only grew in the prior 5 years. But I ALSO remember the fans shitting on kalos and shitting on the gimmick, until asspull was spammed to distract feebles. So I'm not really surprised the fanbase didn't blindly buy L: Z-A like they bought L: A. Sinnoh as a region had FAR more fans of its games than Kalos did. But this IS "market leader's problems", "whaaa, only 5.8m people bought our new game because we spend SO long marketing it for the new system that many haven't bought it because they don't want to play on the old system and haven't bought a new one yet".
