Could technically run special moves as well cus of the rain boost, and a surprise vacuum wave might be pretty sweet. Gets hypnosis too for shenanigans. Bonus: you could run a rain team with it and nobody would know if you had poliwrath as your drizzler or if you had him running swift swim if you have another mon with drizzle/rain dance. Might be cool.
