It's like they actively sabotaged any change this thing had of being a fan favorite concept by making it just a shadow of Dynamax and its standard boost.
If Gigantamax had developed its own fanbase, the entire fandom would be excited with a prospect of seeing a Kalos x Galar war, with Mega x Giga being some sort of Gods x Titans war
