Haven’t finished the game yet, still at main mission 31, but I just did this wild zone and I genuinely don’t get why it was hyped as the hardest thing ever. You just have to be careful and take them out one by one. I knocked out all of them with my gyarados and caught a female pyroar, male alpha pyroar, and skarmory without ever blacking out.

It’s not “hard” but if you don’t do it very carefully you’re gonna get fucked. It definitely caught me off guard and murdered me the first time I walked up those stairs, none of the other wild zones are that deadly

I actually was never a big Pyroar fan until I managed to come across a male alpha Litleo in that other wild zone early on in the game, so I decided to raise him and now he's my bro.

Redeveloped Lumiose is such a retarded idea conceptually.
I hate how nu-gens overpersonify Pokemon. Yeah, it has always been the case to some extent, but shit went over the top in the recent years.
