He appreciates what he has because he wasn't born into money and worked hard to survive and got recognized for his skill and leadership abilities. He has a good heart and would love to dote on you and recognizes all the work that you're doing for Lumiose City.
Urbain feels too flaky and more focused on himself in the game, leaving a lot of issues for you to clean up while he's off doing whatever it is that he's doing. I feel like he would just do more of that if you were in a relationship with him, especially with where he ends up by the very end of the game. Urbain would probably end up neglecting you while he figures out what to do
as the next CEO while Corbeau makes helping you a priority with all the resources that he has.
Ivor is adorable but a total dumbass and you would need to take care of him a lot, basically taking responsibility for him from Gwen, which is fine if you like that sort of dynamic.
Grisham feels more mature and would probably make a decent boyfriend, but you'd have to put up with Griselle. He seems thoughtful and would be happy to do things for you since he's already in a job that serves people but would appreciate being able to just be himself around you in private.
He doesn't need to hide his past from you or worry about how you view him and that would be reassuring.
