Zygarde gets the big showy intro cutscenes in thsi game, Yveltal and Xerneas get nothing.
Same goes for basically everyone. If you aren't the main character, you dont get a fancy directed cutscene.
That being said Z-A DID improve Yveltal overall by giving it the cool Tigrex walk while on land, whereas previously it wasnt a design that looked like it could move comfortably on land at all.
