I used to not like it much originally but changed my mind along the way and I'm more fond of it now, don't know why. I see in ZA here

The Smoliv family reminds me a little of it too actually, going from something that appears gender-neutral, to feminine, then back to gender-neutral.

Giga Drain got buffed up 75 power in Gen V which was the same gen to introduce hidden abilities which Technician is for it. Just missed out on that boost sadly.
