As well as a host of urban themes: Japanese delinquents with monkeys, Western gang members with hooded lizards, ogre construction workers, prairie dogs as traffic workers, factory rat-hunting dogs, Victorian English ladies in black, martial artists, industrial machinery, museum exhibits, and pop singers.
Some would be considered endemic to Central Park and others exotic zoo animals, but that applies to most regions.
