Actually, there's SOME potential for it to be an improvement. You know, they could put all of the Dream World functionality on the cartridge, for example.

I dunno, probably the part where it was considered a central mechanic to the game, to the point that you could only obtain certain items and Pokemon through it, and it replaced multiple other mechanics, like farming.
