twave is slow and has no range
will o wisp is very very very slow and can probably be outran
doesn't learn toxic
taunt is slow and requires you to get very close (sableye is slow so they'd get their moves off before you'd taunt)
he can put up screens, but is so weak that he might die behind them before you can switch (dying resets screens)
stat boosts also don't stack, so you can't sword dance 3 times. So partign shot is pretty great. it also doesn't send you back to the pokeball, but just back to the trainer's location
