Maybe try being a species who has "dragon" in its Mandarin name, then you'll get Dragon Dance privileges.

Kyurem and Garchomp were for balance purposes. One is a Legendary who received an extremely powerful physical-oirented form, the other is an extremely powerful pseudo-legendary who already raped the meta with its speed stat, which was considered revolutionary on debut, and is still considered the baseline to this very day for "passable speed".

And Arcanine's buff was Hisuian Arcanine. How about that, instead of a form that goes "alright guys, you're right, it's draconic enough for DDance... here, we'll even give it a form so it can use STAB Outrage" they made it a Fire/Rock, leaning even further into the "Shiisa STATUE" part of the inspiration.

Huh? Hisuian Arcanine shares a dex slot with Arcanine. It didn't replace anything, the two still coexist. And classic Arcanine isn't obsolete, it's still in use whenever someone wants a physical fire type who isn't cripplingly weak to water or ground, two of the most common attacking types in the game.
