It's track record is more narcoleptic than Jirachi, and honestly I kind of feel sorry for it. Nothing in its dex entries or lore implies it even knows what dynamax is, much less is causing it intentionally, it's not it's fault everyone else goes nuts when it's awake. It seemingly didn't even arrive on earth intentionally.
In a weird way, it kind of reminds me of Cthulhu in lovecraftian myth. It's mere existence is catastrophic to mortals, even the echoes of his dreams tamper with mortal sanity, but he himself is totally just chillin til somebody panicked af hits his head with a boat.
