Like yeah the fans called Marill "pikablu" before they knew its name but it's not really a pikaclone is it, it's not an electric type and its highest stat isn't speed. It doesn't even look all that much like Pikachu, it's just that Pikachu was on everyone's mind at the time
And you can't really call Pichu a clone, it's a baby form
Pikaclones started with Plusle and Minun
