Her model ruins her, otherwise pretty nice, she's a workaholic weirdo with three different positions and the way she pushes other people as a boss without being an outright bad person is a nice change, people just shit on her because either they are coomers not satisfied with her looks or because they are too stupid to understand her role as champion has nothing to do with the role of champion other characters have, she's not even the final boss of her league story line so she's meant to be weaker.

She feels unfocused, like Game Freak had a loose mishmash of ideas they wanted for Paldea’s faux champion (with the real champion being Nemona) and just stitched them together in a sort of frankenchamp. In that sense, it’s quite easy to see why everyone thought she’d be revealed to be a robot or artificial human or something, because she completely fails to give off any actual personality beyond “being the champion”, ironic given that ended up being an actual plot point, just for the professor instead.

2D is just superior, and it doesn't become dated as new modeling software that better emulates IRL textures and physics are gradually released as time goes on

She's an overbearing boss. She micromanages basically the entire league, forcing them into specific roles, performing constant intrusive inspections, etc. Several of the gym leaders complain about how she is constantly coming down on them. I think it's also mentioned that most kids who try the gym challenge barely progress anywhere
That characterization is also why the gyms and elite 4 are designed the way they are. All of the gym leaders have actual jobs, the elite 4 is basically a corporate board
