Also drought wouldn’t help much. It would be in direct competition with torkoal/ninetales without having anything else to offer. And Ninetales itself is accomplished jackshit even with drought.
Flareon’s actual problem is it stats are confused, and its best move requires it to basically kill itself.
Flareon, in fact most of the Eons as a whole, being as shit (competitively) as they are despite being shillmons and having the KANTOOOOO bonus proves that Game Freak shit balancing is less about malice (though they absolutely are malicious trolls who hate many of their fans) they flat out have no damn idea how their lame excuse for a competitive game even works.
