>>58656337Thanks to Palworld's mishmash designs, if i see this Mega Zeraora design without clarification that this is a Pokemon, I would be fooled & mistook it as a new Pal from Palworld. Even if it's a leak, i would think it as leaked Pal design more than of a fan-made fakemon.
I guess the 3D designs are the confusing one (Palworld designs are presented as 3D). Official Pokemon designs are presented like pic related, drawn 2D with very distinctive style.
>>58657462Nope, Charizard Y exist. different color but the shape is fully exclusive to Charizard. And no other dragon-like Pokemon has same colors like black Charizard
Most Megaevolution designs are small design changes from their final evolution (but noticeable); just few extra flairs that make it look more appealing, but everyone can still recognize the obvious base designs.
>Mega Starmie: Just Starmie with leg extension surgery, and walks on land>Mega Kanto starters: Venusaur gets bigger trees, Charizard X looks more feral (Gigantamax looks more bloated), Blastoise has different water cannons>Mega Kalos starters: Chestnaught get bigger carapaces, Delphox look older/wiser with beard + more sticks, Greninja got sharper eyes & more water shurikens.Even more radical designs exist like Mega Dragonite, or Mega Metagross; people can still recognize it based on Dragonite or Metagross.
Mega Zeraora has Zeraora shape as base, but with some overlapping color pattern with Luxray, making it look defiant.
