I'd honestly say Mega Purugly would likely be just a skinny version of Purugly but the tail would become a different kind of cat toy, like the tail would have a feather-like tuft at the end with a bell.
Then again, knowing most of the references in PLZA so far, it probably wouldn't be an obvious kind of cat toy, it'd 100% be something stupid and niche, like a cat toy from some Japanese show that never left the country, or some shit like that.
