Unless I'm missing something, Meowscarada (and Lopunny, sorta) are the only two Pokemon in the entire franchise with added detail to their crotches, the "Y" crotch, as opposed to the usual "⅂"/nothing.
It's very "human", explicitly "female human", which is super odd for a Pokemon.
Braixen, no.
Steenee/Tsareena, no.
Incineroar, no.
Lucario, no.
Those two Megaman-things from Gen 9? No.
Sneasler? Nope.
All these "human-like" Pokemon, nothing.
(Blaziken's got crotch fluff tho.)
