Some are out there looking to cause trouble just for the sake of it, and some of them are looking for any kind of excuse they can latch on to for justifying it. Things like that need to be dealt with consistently and quickly. It's why stuff like the hanging Ivysaur images need to be getting deleted on sight for the blatant rule-breaking posts that they are, along with the other rule-breaking posts made by the ones obsessed with that one specific Ivysaur poster on this board.
