probably the light from the mega energy all in game mega evolved pokemon have.

The filter's been there since Dynamax and Terralization and now it's on Mega evolved pokemon too I suspect if Z moves come back the pokemon with one will start glowing when it's ready to launch that move and will keep glowing until it faints or it launches the move
