At this point I'm unironically nostalgic for the Gen VI era, at least back then they had some semblance of quality control.

I also want Sugimori and/or the old style back. Whoever is doing most of the key art now is using colors that are really saturated. I know Ohmura did the Pokemon in Gen 7 which were terrible, and I'm not sure if it's back to Sugimori or someone else now.

ORAS gave us the Latis and manetric. I don't think it has room to claim superiority at all. Overall, I think the gen 6 mega designs are better than the ZA ones but I can't say for sure until we actually see the DLC megas

Slowbro is the good kind of funny, I don't know anyone who doesn't like it in real life. And unironically, Manectric is one of my top 10 megas...mostly since I could see it as an actual evolution. Aerodactyl and Sharpedo are trash.

No, I think Feraligatr is in the Aerodactyl class where it has its few, dedicated fans but the majority are neutral to it at best, with most of them not liking it. Victreebel I can see being a "it grows on me" design, as the reaction was mixed trending positive when it was first shown off. Even the normies hate Feraligatr.
