So I have this cray idea.
I want to play around with the emulator and pokemon stadium.
So I need
1) Some program that lets me generator or edit a pokemon red rom so I can get any team of valid 100 level pokemon
2) Someway to connect this rom to a N64 emulator running pokemon stadium.
3) Have fun with a bro who never did play pokemon stadium as a kid.
The most impotent part is stadium so he can see the animations etc.
We gonna fuck around and make different L100 pokemon for fun.
