Honestly 30 bucks one time pales in comparison to the cost of a ninty online subscription.
I'm all for calling ninty out on greedy shit, but this is going to 10th on the list.
yes though these titles should be getting more than 20M USD in budget and delivering better gameplay and not have the first 5 hours be completely lame and railroaded

Hello, I have a question: is there ANY actual NEW SIDE CONTENT in this DLC?All I know about sofar is making Donuts (is it even a minigame or just automatic?) and that's it. Is there anything else? Previous DLCs added side content like the Dynamax Adventures facility, or the Restricted Sparring, and more.

There are new side quests that involve new NPC’s, some of them are kind of mandatory, or at least you wouldn’t skip it on purpose, like the mega raichu 2 v 1 battle where the alolan raichu girl and the raichu girl from the beginning of the game team up on you, but some take place in the regular city, like the one who asks you to find 3 Pokemon that match the description in her book.

Well they did say they're cutting budget for the DLC after SV's underperformed. Most people who buy Pokemon games for their kids have no idea that DLCs are even a thing, so they get like 30% of the playerbase buying it.

It's so annoying. The time limit is annoying. Having to do platforming on a time limit is annoying. The missions are annoying.
A 2 star mission had you fight 2 mega crabominable or whatever the fuck they're called, ended up getting completely bodied because the fight arena is tiny and they one shot my pokemon at level 110.
It is way worse than SV DLC. Time limit + gameplay style + shitty platforming makes it a complete and utter slog. Story is also trash so far.
Ugly boring slog. Really bottom of the barrel even by pokemon standards.

I get the reason why certain things are time locked but seriously it's just not working. People stopped playing the game by the time mewtwo released. This game seriously has no longevity at all no matter what they do, it's kinda sad because I do enjoy the game. Like later on I'm just going to logon to get the chomp z mega stone and then put the game down again
