Out of 577 pokémon that can't evolve any further we have 93 mega evolutions, two primal reversions, one bond phenomenon and one ultra burst, 97 total.
So the amount of megas (and not!megas) corresponds to roughly a 16.8% of how many pokémon unable to evolve we currently have.
