Can I sell, trade or giveaway unwanted game codes?

I got pic related as a gift and I don't want to play it. I'd rather use the cash to get Kirby or DK.

No, on Switch 2 the games in these bundles are bound to the console and you download the game from the eShop. There's no code to redeem or share.
