Megas come in large batches while Regionals come in smaller groups. Especially since Paldea technically only had 2 due to that "convergent form" bullshit

I wouldn't mind convergent forms if they were drastically different pokemon with only a few similarities, not last second dex filler recolors in order to help rush a release littered with game breaking glitches
