How is there not a pokemon population problem in human cities considering that pokemon are basically free to do whatever they want? When animals are free from predators they populate like crazy.
I was in Turkey last year, that place has dogs and cats literally everywhere. Roaming around, defecating and causing problems. Spreading disease and attacking people.They constantly have to be fed and people in Turkey dont want to cull dogs and cats because they value them so much.

Suggest that all stray dogs be put down and you basically get hanged by the people. Pokemon are seen as almost citizen so culling would be out of the question.
