Yeah, 2.2F is the final build.
However, they are now working on turning BDSP into the new FireRed by decomping BDSP in the background, developping easy to use development tools, and making a Lumi sequel to showcase their work.
Hell, they have confirmed they have already produced all maps for gens 1-6 in the BDSP engine and will release everything by holiday... 2026.

To be fair Flygon is only ground because game freak refuses to give it Bug.
As for turning it into a pseudo, i agree it's bullshit, its pre-evo is a common spawn before the first badge.
