I sometimes wonder if the shitty designs we get now is because they design them 3D first instead of 2D first, or if they were always going to be this shit. The X and Y designs and Sun and Moon designs were really good imo, but is that because they actually drew them out instead of modeling them out or simply a case of the design team becoming trash?
