I'd give it a special version of charm and barrier (since I like symmetry)
would change counter and mirror coat to do 1.8x damage taken PLUS an attack of .5x the BP of a countered attack (using the user's atk/sp. atk) (as I don't like when mons have useless stats. this way the wobb have atk and sp. atk >0 actually means something)
and would add bide but buff bide so the user can decide to hold it longer if desired since any move like it with a set charge time is easily exploited
