No, we couldn't. There was never plans for the "true" restorations, or we would've seen them in the Teraleak.
GameFreak never had plans to go any deeper into this, they wanted to make quirky designs based on real world history of how dinosaur bones from different breeds would be cobbled together to present nonexistent species in museums.
