mega dimension reuses the base games map, stuffs it with shittier gameplay that forgoes anything you saw in the base game in favour of blatant buyswork, and is much shorter than the mainline expansion passes. its painfully apparent how lazy they were with it. theyre definitely banking on people just buying it for the 700 mythicals they stuffed it with (which feels shitty in and of itself. im down for them making mythicals more available, but they should still be special and rare. the weird keldeo/meloetta quests in the previous dlcs were great and made the mythicals feel esoteric and special to acquire. give me more of that, not "pay $30 to receive a selection of quests that literally all amount to, 'you beat the story, heres your mythical!'").
