And why is he selling FEATHERS for 60 mega shards? 1 EV for 60 shards?? Who designed this

You should only be using feathers for spare EVs (4, 6, etc) so it's still pretty good, and a step up from not being able to buy them at all

You just use the feathers like small change for the last two or four points in the relevant stats. You're supposed to do the bulk with vitamins.
