I think Lebanne would've been way hotter and more popular if she was more like a traditional maid character or a calm and stoic woman who used dragons to exaggerate the differences between her look and personality and her battle expertise and the types of mons she uses. Also would've helped if she worn a more traditional or cutesy maid dress. Something like Jasmine but less on the shy and cute side and more on the stoic or calm/cool and collected side. Kind of like how she was acting before she revealed her true self. Also needs to be on more equal footing to Jacinthe, or is someone who chose to work as a maid instead of it being a humiliation ritual.

Instead she acts slightly feral, is brash, exists to be humiliated and weak to Jacinthe, and thinks she genuinely looks cool when she's making the most autistic or larp poses when in battle and in public like a few other dragon specialists. She's stuck having few fans who like her specifically and is only drawn because Jacinthe fans need someone to ship her with.
