This one's absolute cinema. It basically forgoes the detrimental Rock type by purifying itself as a Steelmon like its ability Filter suggests. No other Mega has this concept where it undergoes a simple type reduction to better itself from what I recall.

I always thought it was odd how the blades aren't there 95% of the time and only briefly appear during some attacks. I guess it makes it look less goofy but it doesn't look much different to normal Sharpedo without them either.

Greninja base design is so successful they didn't need to transform or exaggerate it, and just double down on the ninja behaviors.
The water mask would look better with the right textures.

I'm not too big on Mega Greninja, but I prefer it conceptually and design-wise to Ash-Greninja, which was a stupid Ashnime cop-out that could've been ignored had they just sensibly given the Kalos starters Mega Evolutions from the start.
