I like the idea of a trainer being tiny with a ribombee, or with any normally tiny pokemon for that matter. I bet the pokemon would tend to be playful and tease their trainer because of the role reversal
And I can see pachirisu using the huge tail to pin and smother the trainer, either to hide them and protect them from other pokemon or just to toy with them. It'd probably feel nice because it's so dense and fluffy
Apparently leafeon doesn't like conflict but it will fight to protect its friends, so it'd probably be chill with a tiny trainer but also be a fierce protector if needed
