When I think back to SwSh's black hole of a story, the ones who come to mind as the evil team are Macro Cosmos, not Team Yell. So yeah, I guess you're right because it's the equivalent of forgetting Team Skull and only remembering the Aether Foundation in Alola, which doesn't happen.

I'm honestly impressed anyone can even remember their name. At least Yell is spread out across the game, you fight maybe 4 of those macro fucks in an elevator and thats all the presense they have. If it was just Oleana you fight nothing would change.

Team skull weren’t misunderstood. They simply weren’t the main villains.
Team yell weren’t misunderstood either. They were annoying fans and were never treated as something else.

You know exactly what he meant, even if he used a shit word to define them. The teams in question are skull, yell and star. More so than misunderstood teams, I'd call them mischief teams. They're just there to annoy you on your way to the main villain

The trend started with skull but skull is the only good one, yell is embarrassing and star is whatever
