I will say that the linework here is more akin to the Gen 3-4 Sugimori art compared to the work Ohmura did in Gen 7 and whoever is doing it now, where the lines are much smoother.

I agree with the stomach thing but I don't mind the green things on the wings - they remind me of something to channel the energy part of the wings out of, similar to Ultra Necrozma, or even like a modifed humerus - something to give structure to the wings.
