This one still looks unfinished. They just made tbe sword part more elaborate and kept tbe rest of the design largely the same

They needed to change the color of the hand spikes. It goes from yellow to orange to red, so making it slightly more purple (to match the accent colors on the face and sword) would've been a nice touch to show the Mega is a continuation/furthering its power.

Some of the recent Megas feel like they would've worked better as Gigantamaxes. I can't think of an example the reverse, except for maybe Kingler.
