What's the point of giving non-regional form 'mons permanent evolutions if they are still going to be mostly locked to one game? Might as well make them region-exclusive evolutions like Obstagoon.

Feel free to humor me on how this is anything like a regional evolution. Why was it so hard to understand that locking evos to DLCs and side games is GF's way of making people buy them, not for lore reasons?

It is still a problem when IVs will make transfer mons better than rentals. The rentals all having 6IVs will make them worse in trick room situations.
