If it keeps Levitate it’ll be decent as a bulky cleric/supporter, but if it gets an ability that boosts sound moves or ideally something that makes Boomburst Steel type, it’ll become a really strong bulky attacker probably best in doubles.
It’ll never be top tier obviously and will fight for the mega slot constantly, but it’s still a long way from where it started.
