>>58806135I was really disappointed she got 0 story content, When I first heard she was datamined to be getting a mega, I thought they would finally do something with her. It seemed to confirmed she was originally planned for Kalos and Pokemon Z. I was imagining they might add lore that AZ built her, the soul heart was made from some type of mega energy, or that her mega soul heart was being used to power up Ange again and cause hyperspace and we might get a hyper rogue ange Magearna fight. It really sucks because they put more thought into her mega design than they did with Zeraora where its just a black recolor.
Meanwhile Mega Zeraora is probably the most popular ZA mega despite it still having 0 lore, 0 story content, and not being available to the very end. Not even sure why they even bothered giving it a pre-release trailer
My only copium now is that they make another kalos legends game set in the past where we actual see the Kalos royal family
It would've been nice to see normies finally like Magearna and consistently get fanart of her
Not even the Shillie content is enough for people to like her as well
