Basically tell me which one has better animation for sudden moves. For example : Dragon Pulse in the anime is a Dragon shape beam but the latest games animated Dragon Pulse as actual Pulse emiting from the user mouth. I think game animation is more accurate and Anime animaion should be use for a new move such as Dragon Blast or Dragon Strike.

It depends on what series and what games. For example this is what Dragon Pulse in the anime looked like during Diamond and Pearl.
To me there are 3 distinct periods of how moves are shown in the anime. The really early era where moves are animated relatively simply yet still taking liberties with how they interpret them from the games. The era that started around Johto where they start making body parts glow bright and most attacks result in an explosion which got progressively worse with its overuse of both. Then the era afterwards around Sun and Moon where they start copying the animations from the games more to the point when a Pokemon uses bite they’re not biting with their teeth but instead create huge glowing sets of teeth that do the biting.

If you’re basing it off Z-A you’re gonna be disappointed because Z-A takes after a lot from the anime. The way certain moves work were stripped straight from the show.

There are clearly some that are missing. Look at the new Dragon Pulse. It turns into a dragon before colliding and exploding on the pokemon.

That makes it good for comparison. As I said before, Dragon Pulse on Z-A is completely different from before, in fact its actually much better now and accurate to its description.

Then there is Brutal Swing that sends a wave of dark energy when the user spins which is actually cooler.
