Clefable gets barely any Flying moves. Just Dual Wingbeat I think?
Absol and Lucario: BuAHahaHAhahahaHAhaha. I don't know what these two will even have but Speed Boost is cope if I ever saw it.
Eelectross: It's getting Levitate and everyone knows it.
P.S.
Excadril: Sand Rush isn't a dumb guess but the 103 in Speed makes me think Mold Breaker. That's unusually fast to get a weather rushing move (but not unheard of)
