Hypno's hypnosis only makes his target fall asleep. He can't actually control people's actions like some artists pretend.

It's not mind-control, it's suggestion. The victim is manipulated by voice commands and/or ideas implanted in the subconcious while in the hypnotic state. It's not direct control, so it fails if you suggest something the person would NEVER do.

Forgot to mention; the idea is that the subject personally has no problem doing what they were told, the trick is making them believe there is nothing stopping them now.
