Beyond those, Legends Arceus is seen as the best Pokemon game on the Switch to everyone except a specific shitposter. If you see someone seething about "plass" "trans genies" or "goodra in a diaper" that's the shitposter.
After that is Sword and Shield. This is where the games start getting bad, but at least with SwSh it plays the most like an actual Pokemon game. Some of the bigger problems were behind the scenes such as Dexit, but if you can get past that it's just a mediocre game all around. Least some of the new Pokemon look great.
Let's Go is painfully mediocre. It's just Kanto with Go mechanics and an overpowered starter, moreso if you pick Eevee. I will give it credit for being the best looking Pokemon game on the switch.
BDSP outright doesn't work on Switch 2. Even if it did, it's a terrible remake of the originals, flat out ignoring Platinum whenever it can, adds forced affection mechanics, and brings back some glitches from the original games.
As for the spinoffs, look for Rescue Team DX or New Pokemon Snap. Or wait for Pokopia, though keep in mind that's a Game Key Card.
